all the rooms are good sized and brand-new with a view and the staff is best. the location is incredible, relatively close to saqsaywaman.

The location was stunning - just off plaza de armas- close to restaurants and touristic spots as well as Cusco's historic Center. The breakfast was great with fresh fruits and juices and cheeses, the best I had in Cusco. All the staff was really helpful and superfriendly, solved my issues.

I had an amazing breakfast with a great variety, especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and homemade options. The lively common areas were a nice touch, perfect for relaxing. Plus, the efficient laundry service made my stay even easier.

Receptionist provided a warm smile and sent me to the lobby to sign in. while waiting there the bell-man brought me warm cocoa tea to help with the altitude sickness (11K feet above sea-level). Excellent place to stay in Cusco, actually my number one place to stay.

The hotel was reliable and attractive, I truly enjoyed its patient stuff. The staff helped with check in.

I enjoyed the unique decor of the room. The location was convenient for exploring local sites, though I found the dining options somewhat limited. Frank, the night receptionist, provided really good service. His insights into local culture were enriching.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was superb, rooms were clean and the breakfast was wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Cuzco.

Unique Experience in a Cozy Setting

The warm, attentive staff were always available to assist. Don't miss the delicious breakfast spread. It's a great way to start your day. For better comfort, bring a warm blanket for the cooler nights.

The location is close to the main squares and it is pretty quiet, Very good breakfast as well.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Coca tea was always available which is great for helping adjust to the altitude.

Lovely location with easy access to attractions.

The carpet was old and the space was smaller than advertised. Moving my luggage was difficult because of the stairs in the building, especially at this high altitude.

the walls were a bit thin but the location was super close to the main square! i loved the charming courtyard and the staff was really helpful. breakfast had fresh fruits and delicious local dishes, awesome way to start the day.

The staffs were really helpful and the room & breakfast were also very nice. The breakfast begins from 5 oclock, which is very good as most tours depart very early in the morning and we can still have breakfast though.
